Conference
The idea of adult education as a way forward, leading out from the crises we are currently experiencing is at the heart of our TEAE network. Truly transformative, deep, fundamental change, whether experienced collectively or individually, can result in the loss of one’s sense of (self-)direction and way in the world. This leads to the following questions:
• How can we as a community of educators, scholars and practitioners reimagine transformative and emancipatory adult learning to co-create a world to come?
• How can we regain a sense of (self-)direction?
• How can we lead ourselves -individually and/or collectively – into the future?
• What are possible pathways forward?
